Eligibility

By using this site, you represent and warrant that

Your access to Hatisafi may be terminated without warning if Hatisafi believes, in its sole discretion, that you are under the age of 18 years and have not obtained verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian. If you are a parent or legal guardian and you provide your consent to your child’s use of Hatisafi, you agree to be bound by this Agreement in respect to your child’s use of Hatisafi.

Certain classes of products shall only be delivered to persons 18 years of age or older, proof of age may be requested and Hatisafi shall reserve the right to decline hand over of such purchased items and report misuse of the site.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Hatisafi does not accept returns after a customer finalizes a purchase and that Hatisafi will not provide compensation or a replacement item. All completed purchases are non-refundable.

However, Hatisafi does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product delivered by Hatisafi itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to contact us with the complaint.
